Century Carriers Inc. is a full service transportation company specializing in the handling and distribution of electronics such as copy machines and other related office equipment, medical and telephone equipment, as well as white-glove home deliveries. We also provide daily container service from all New York and New Jersey piers. Operating in the New York tri-state area, we are fully insured and licensed by the New York State Department of Transportation and the Interstate Commerce Commission. We are also registered with Consumer Affairs and the Better Business Bureau.

Since its inception in 1985, Century Carriers Inc. has experienced strong growth in its customer base and operating fleet. Our exponential growth is due mainly to the quality of the people we employ who know that communication is key in the transportation business and professional, courteous and timely service is essential. Our state-of-the-art 90,000 square foot facility is convenient to all the major New York Tri-state cities. Being located in Suffolk County, New York, on the Nassau-Suffolk border, allows Century to offer its clients an integrated and cost-efficient array of services.

EQUIPMENT

Our modern fleet consists of air-ride straight trucks with extended liftgates, air-ride tractor-trailers, and parcel vans. Each truck is equipped with E-tracking, pads, straps, corners, and a Lee quick dolly to ensure smooth transport and safe delivery.

Century also utilizes staircrawlers and fork lifts, allowing us to handle any job quickly, safely and efficiently. Complementing our field capabilities is a state-of-the-art communication system consisting of Nextel two-way digital portable radios. Global Tracking Sysyem equipment is installed on all of our trucks. Our flexibility and commitment to excellence allow us to provide dependable and professional service at a reasonable cost.
